Suggest Medication For High Fever,body Aches,chills And Headaches

Hi i have 100.3 fever,aching all over my body,chills,my hands are cold and feeling cold,some headache..no coughing at all,no runny or stuffy nose,no chest pain.it's started

suddenly yesterday,very agrresive,took ibuprofen (it last me for 8 to 12 hours),had a good night sleep.today i feel much better but still taking ibuprofen.have a lots of water

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the viral or bacterial infection. May be upper or lower respiratory infection, or gastrointestinal infection, urinary tract infection, etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have blood and urine tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, omeprazole, domperidone, and paracetamol.
