Suggest Medication For Hypertension And Blood Clot In Brain

My brother is 25 yrs old. He was complaining of numbness in left hand and left leg over the past few weeks. we did not pay much attention to it but a week ago his condition worsened. we rushed him to docs who found that he was hypertensive. we had a ct n mri scan done n there is a bllod clot in his right brain. is that curable? he does not have any previous medical history. we r very worried abt him.
