1.  ESR is not diagnostic but suggestive of some ongoing pathology, and thus one has to rule out other causes of high ESR in body like: chronic infection, 
collagen vascular disease [any type of arthritis/ scleroderma]

2. since 
creatinine is in normal range, kidney is functioning properly, thus high protein diet is advisable.
PS. There is relation between HGH [human growth hormone] and Creatine, thus 
ask your doctor whether the test done for KFT has anything to do with high HGH.
3. Have an appointment with an 
Endocrinologist regarding the same, who will perform thorough Examination [since it has features similar to 
prolactin and hCG] and necessary Investigation [radiological study, prolactin level, thyroid is excluded, CTscan/MRI- head] for any 
pituitary dysfunction.
4. start with any alternate system of medicine, only after diagnosis is established and Line of management is initiated.
