Suggest Medication For Improving Sperm Volume In Semen Analysis

hello, doctor im 28 yrs old my husband got a problem of fertility, he got low volume(0.6 CC) in a semen analysis, sperm count is 10 millions/CC, active motile 50%. this cause major problem to get pregnant or not pls help me. what kind of medicine improving in a volume?

Hello
Low volume can be due to sampling error ( spillage) or reterograde ejaculation. Please get it checked again with 2 days abstinence and urine tested after ejaculation.
