Suggest Medication For Inflammation Around The Eyelids

I believe I am experiencing a case of Rosacea I have not had it before that I know of. I am inflamed around my eyelids and around my nose and along the side of my mouth. It is very red and sore and a little itchy. I am 64 years old and am rather fair skinned. I have tried an Rx cream Fluticasone Propionate 0.05. What can I do to settle this down without taking an oral medication? My email is YYYY@YYYY
