Suggest Medication For Inflammation In The Toes

The area between my little toe and the toe next to it has become inflamed, has blisters, and itches like crazy. I have been treating it with anti fungal medication, but that doesn t seem to be helping. Could this be something other than athletes foot ? Do I just need to be more patient? I have had this for about 7 days, and have been treating for about 5 days. Thank you for your help.

Hi dear,
Most commonly this is caused by athlet foot.
Let me know which antifungal you are applying.
Meanwhile, try to keep the area as dry as possible. Avoid frequent wetting.
If still not responding, we may need oral antifungals too.
Also take levocetirezine 5 mg once daily for itching.
Hope this answer will help.
Thank you.
