Suggest Medication For Intermittent Back Spasms

I need information on medication to calm back spasms that are intermittent as far as coming in and out many times per week and severe at least once every six weeks. Some last two to four days. I am disabled for a number of issues and take baclophn, plaqunil, lyrica, oxycodone. Need some information as what to do in talking to dr. We have been looking at trying to help with anxiety disorder. Anything that may help both with one medication or other alternative? Thank you.

For intermittent back spasms you can take some muscle relaxants like zerodol-mr or biozobid-plus only when pain and spasm is there. Take calcium+vitamin D3 along with some multivitamins. Do regular physiotherapy exercise after an expert opinion of physiotherapist.
