Suggest Medication For Irregular Menstrual Cycle

hi i am 36 i usually skip my sugar tablets, i am now on my seventh day of sugar tablets and still no periods. Its unlikely that i would be pregnant as i take them everyday like clock work. After my second child i have had weird cycles? But not getting my period within a few days of sugar tablets is this normal after not having a period in months.
