Hello,

Brown discharge when on the contraceptive pill is quite normal, its how the uterus cleans itself when on CP (withdrawal bleeding).

Continue to take the CP as you have been prescribed to do so. Take nutritious food & adequate sleep. Stay away from stress & anxiety.

Sometimes stress causes hormonal imbalance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
