Suggest Medication For Irregular Periods And Stomach Pain

my question is about pregnancy signs. Or at least if i know i have them. I've been having feelings as if i need to throw up.Obvious sign but not enough. I also have a slight sharp pain that comes and goes for 2 seconds, always tired, even though i sleep for 8 hours. On top of that my period is irregular. It always been like that. i never really pay attention to the signs for my period unless there are really sharp pains that last for a minute. That is when i am on the look out. But with me having an irregular period are these signs due to that or something else? As i sleep which i lay on my stomach sometimes during the night it starts to hurt and it makes me wanna throw up. So lately i sleep on my side but i still have the same feeling in the morning. Is that too a sign of something?

Hello,

You are having symptoms of throwing up, tiredness, frequent sharp pain in your abdomen. Early signs of pregnancy are nausea/vomiting, tender / swollen breasts, missed periods, increased urination, fatigue, mood swings, light spotting, etc. Do not sleep on your stomach. To get relieve from stomach pain you can take Digene gel or tab, one sos for relieve. If pregnant, bulky uterus can cause pain in the lower abdomen.

If sexually active, you should get pregnancy test done. Get clinically examined by an OBGYN, get required USG done to detect pregnancy/ectopic pregnancy. If pregnancy is detected, you will be managed accordingly. If not, you will be given Uterine tonics to improve menstrual regularity. If needed you may be given hormone therapy by the treating OBGYN. You are feeling tired, it may be indicative of generalized weakness, early signs of pregnancy, thyroid hormone imbalances, etc. Get T3, T4, TSH done. Take home made food rich in calcium, protein and iron. Take adequate water & rest. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
