Suggest Medication For Irregular Periods

suddenly from the past 2 months i am having irregular periods.Its been like on the 2nd day i just have to change thrice.Once when i get up then in the afternoon or so and last before going to bed.

please help me

its really worring me because its happening for the first time ever since i have got periods
