Suggest Medication For Itchiness And Yeast Infection In The Vagina

I ve never had a visit with a gyno and i know i should. I never had a doctor confirmed if i have had an yeast infection, i just looked it up and i noticed i only had itching and thick white discharge, no odor. I tried one of the creams that you insert and it worked, so from then on i always know when i have one. I noticed I got one before my period had started then i treated it. After my period nothing, it was gone! Now this is the second time, it happening, so I m wondering is it my diet or what is it. It recently started happening, this being the second time. I also think its the soap i had used why that yeast infection happened, then i stopped. I used dove recently and now i have a yeast infection, right before my period. So I m probably thinking its the soaps. Other than that everything else is fine.

Hi.

Firstly, do not use any regular soaps to clean the outside or inside of your vaginal opening, use specially created liquid soaps like Intimate from Nivea or Intimo from Palmolive to clean the region. For now, use clotrimazole cream inside the region to help battle the infection and avoid sexual intercourse and/or leaving the region wet.
