Suggest Medication For Itchiness In Vaginal Area After Shaving

Hi. I m a female married 42. After shaving my bikini line a few weeks ago the skin in the crease of my leg-vagina became very irritated itchy and raw. I thought it was a bad case of razor burn but it wont heal. I have tried baby powder neosporin female yeast but it won t heal. It gets better than flares up again. What else can I try
