Suggest Medication For Itching And Small Lumps Appearing On The Vagina

There has been a lot of bad itching on the crease between my thigh & vagina, there s been small bumps like pimples, it has been there for a few weeks now and it also turned black and I sometimes get a red line..... I try not to scratch but then it gets really bad and I end up scratching it open. PLZ HELP!!!!
