Suggest Medication For Itching In Clitoris During Pregnancy

i have an itchy clitorus for the past couple days and it won't go away it's not swollen but it is red which I assume is from me scratching. I am 4 month pregnant and not sexually active since pregnancy began. what could be causing this? what can I do to make it go away? Iam 21 and 110 pounds I was recently given antibiotics for a vaginal infection but the itching started weeks before I was told I had an infection. I'm almost done with the antibiotics and it has not helped with the itching.
