Suggest Medication For Itchy Bumps On Labia Minora.

There are two bumps on my my labia minora. It really itches. There is no pain, its just quite uncomfortable. I had it for about a week now. Also, when just looking at it, my labia minora looks red and irritated like it is turning into a rash. What do you think this is? How do I get rid of it?
