Suggest Medication For Itchy Bumps On Wrist Due To Allergy

I recently wore a wrist watch and I started developing tiny bumps on the back of my wrist. They are itchy, slightly red and concentrated on one spot, in the middle of where my hand bends back at. Is this an allergic reaction to metal? If it is, why is it in an area that rarely touched the watch while the area that was in constant contact clear of any bumps? Thank you

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might be suffering from allergic contact dermatitis.
It is an allergic reaction of skin to a particular product to which you came in contact with.
Please apply a steroid cream like fluticasone.
Also take an antihistamine tablet.
This will give you relief.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
