Suggest Medication For Itchy, Dry, Scaly Bumps On Back, Chest And Stomach

My fiance hasbumps some itchy, some not all over his back, some on his chest and a lot on stomach and side areas. Bumps are even developing in the inside bend of his arms, with a few developing on the inner and outer arms. His bumps are some like acne filled (with fluid), others dry. He also has a real scaling underneath his hair line to down his neck. However, close to a month ago, he developed a cold soar on his upper right side of his lip that had fluid in it when it burst after a few days and took a while to go away. He purchased I believe some type of over the counter blistex or something of that type, but then purchased another over the counter that finally cause it to leave; I can t remember the type or name of the other products. He claims he s had all these before, ...a while back he says and he took used some blue ointment rub and it went away, and used carmex on his cold soar before and it went away. Can you help me? What does he have? Please help!
