Suggest Medication For Itchy Pimples Around Vaginal Area

I have 3 huge size pimple like around vegina area and about 3" length by 1/2" width scab on right lip (vegina). It's been like this for past 6 mos. It effects by walking when pimples rub. Not painful, just irritating, sometimes itchy. Is there an ointment I can treat it with so they can go away.
