General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Your reports tell
High prolactin level-1000 ng /ml (Normal-3.0-18.6)
Your Hb is also slight less (Normal: 12-16 g/dl), for that eat healthy diet containing high iron.

Following are the cause of high prolatin:
1. benign tumor of the pituitary gland
2. High level of stress
3.Anti Dopanergic medicine.

High blood prolactin concentration interferes with the function of the ovaries in a premenopausal woman, secretion of estradiol, the main estrogen, decreases.
Symptoms include irregular or absent menstrual periods,
infertility,
menopausal symptoms (hot flashes and vaginal dryness) and,
osteoporosis.
milk discharge from the breasts.

So first consult endocrinologist
1. Do again prolactin and all reproductive hormone
2. Do MRI and CT scan

Treatment:
1. Dopamine agonist:bromocriptine, cabergoline-till prolactin come to normal
2. Estrogen and progesterone containing pill also useful
2. Surgery : if not respond to drugs

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
