Suggest Medication For Lack Of Reaction In A Child

Hi, my son just had a 18 months checkup and the doctor made a screening. My son does not respond when I call him or other people. The doctor called him, tap him on the shoulder, got on his knees eye to eye but avoided him. He used to say mama and papa but not anymore.
