Suggest Medication For Left Arm Pain,chest Pain And Dizziness

My Girlfriend has left arm pain, chest pain, stomach pains dizziness, migraines, and is vomiting. She just had her period. Her periods are normally heavy and are accompanied with migraines and stomach pains but the other symptoms are new. What should we do?

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. In the current scenario, I would ask you to go for a proper clinical evaluation immediately. She needs to exclude gastric and cardiac causes for the chest and arm pain. ECG and an abdominal sonogram are needed. Exertion of all sort should be avoided.
