Suggest Medication For Less Blood Supply In An Eye While Having Diabetes
Dear Eye Doctor, My dad complains about not able to see well from one of his eyes. He is 87 and Diabetic which is in control. For One eye he has Retinopathy and for the other Eye which he is been relying upon for last few years Eye doctor says less Blood Supply is the reason for him not able to see well. Request you to please help and guide what Medicines / Eye Drops he should use so that he will see well. He is big time reader ; so please help. Thanks and Best regards.

2. main reason for reduced blood supply, could be diabetic retinopathy, or due to cataract/glaucoma. PS. The longer you have diabetes, the higher your risk of developing retinopathy.
3. at his age, I won't recommend any surgical intervention but: . regular screening of vision [retinoscopy] . treatment will work to prevent vision from getting worse, and omega 3 capsule have shown promising results.
