Suggest Medication For Ligament Tear In Left Foot

Hi doctor,i had fallen from bike this month(Apr 11) and was diagnosed with ligament tear on my left foot.Then i was put a bandage for one week(Maavu kattu in tamil) & was also given some pain killers.Then, i went for check-up & doctor told me that i should not walk for 2 weeks and i am now given a bandage.Currently i dont have any pain now
Can you please give me these details.
1. How long will it take for permanent recovery?
2. Will i be able to walk as usual before?
3. If not,how long can i walk & how long can i stand?
