Suggest Medication For Loss Of Erection In Penis

I had a radical prostatectomy 9 months ago and ever since then can't get an erection. I have tried several different medications like viagra and cialis and none of them work. It has been over a year since I last had an erection and I use to masturbate on a regular basis and now can't. I am so horny and it is driving me crazy.

Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

Prostate is the main gland responsible for semen production. It has been removed. And radical prostatectomy means tissues, lymph nodes around that also has been removed.Likely nerve supply for erection mechanism also damaged during that procedure.Due to above rerasons you are facing problem.Sorry to say but I don't think you can get improvement in this regard , if reasons are above.

If you have told your age and reason for operation, I can guide more.

But still consult urologist and then sexologist for your problem once.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
