Suggest Medication For Lower Abdomen Pain And Strong Urge To Urinate Frequently

A very strong pain started on my lower abdomen yesterday and is seems to be getting worse. The pain is right above my front pervic bone and only hurts when I'm finished peeing. I have many urges to go to the bathroom eventhough I just peed. Today the pain has gotten to a point where my Vagina is starting to sting. What is wrong with me?
