Suggest Medication For Lower Abdominal Pain Post Miscarriage

I have a pain in my lower abdomen by my right hip which spreads across my stomach. Had this for 8months since having a miscarriage, had a small cyst on my ovary which was removed. Also had ultrasound, internal scans, blood tests and everything is ok. Now getting pins and needles in my hip and leg is going numb when i am in bed
