Suggest Medication For Lump Inside Throat Causing Discomfort

im a 32 yr old woman, wgt 140 lbs. 2 weeks ago i took a hard hit to the throat while playing roller derby. I had the scope done and was told I had a small break in the cartilage but it should heal fine. It seems to have gotten better. No more pain or tenderness with palpation. Then last night I woke up at 3am with the feeling of a lump in my throat. It felt like I had lots of mucus in there that I could not swallow no matter how hard I tried. My throat felt a bit raw as well. I took some cough syrup and a tums. I fell back to sleep eventially. Now all day the lump in my throat is present. Still no pain or SOB. Im not sure it I should go back and be seen by ent, or if maybe this is reflux caused by the initial injury...
