General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to migraine.
Migraine does not relieve with antihistamines or atnibiotics.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.
If the symptoms continue, I suggest to use prescription painkillers such as Triptans.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
