Neurologist 's  Response
Dear
I and sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
Unfortunately triptans are really effective in dominating headache but those can't be taken so often
You should not overpass more than one tablet each week
In my opinion you should discuss with your neurologist the possibility of starting recurrent treatment (amitryptiline or propanolol) to decrease the frequency of headache
Hope my answer will help you in dominating the attacks of headache
Anyway you don't have reason to worry too much, it is a bothering desease but not risky
If you have any further questions don't hesitate to contact me
Best regards
