Suggest Medication For Mouth Ulcers As Zytee And B Complex Didn T Work.

HELO Sir/Mam, I have an ulcers on my lateral area of tongue and on gums from last 7 days i have tried many medicines like ZYTEE, CANDID, BECOMPLEX WITH FOLIC ACID, SMILE GEL, GLYCERINE, ENTROGENA but no one gave me relief. Even m not able to speak and cant able to drink water so kindly let me know what should i do now. I am not able to sleep whole night just because of the pain.Now a pimple like thing is occured around my ulcers it is just like the spurs or thorns.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The mouth ulcers can be aphthous ulcers secondary to stress. Nothing to panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can use topical anesthetic like lignocaine before food and triamcinolone acetonide(topical steroid) after food. Do saline gargling.
