Suggest Medication For Nausea,stomach Pain And Low Grade Fever

I have had pretty consist nausea for almost a week now. No actual vomiting but I m so sick to my stomach it s hard to fall asleep. I have had a low grade fever three of the days during this time period as well. And this morning I woke up with unexplained bruising on the top of my feet. What could this possibly be?

Hello,

Most probably it will be a simple viral fever. As a first line management you can take acetaminophen for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
