Suggest Medication For Nose Bleed Due To Temporal Lobe Epilepsy

Hi, i am a 20 year old female with temporal lobe epilepsy. Whilst on carbomazipine, I began to suffer with server nose bleeds about once every three weeks. I have now been off this medication for over a year and the nose bleeds continue, not as heavy but at least once a week.
