Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of hair fall and oily skin, my treatment advice is -
1. Use a good deep cleansing face wash like Acwash twice daily.
2. Take an iron supplement and vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Apply a tretinoin 0.025 % cream once at night on face.
4. Other treatment options are oral isotretinoin, injectable vitamin b12 and mesotherapy for hair done by a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
