Suggest Medication For Osteopenia And Osteoporosis

I am on borderline e of osteopenia and osteoporosis. I hear bad things about Fosumax that I took for about 5 years 10 years ago. Is there anything to do to help this condition other than weight bearing exercises. I do those. What about Evita or any other drug? thank you!

In our clinic we use Prolia in postmenopausal woman in risk of osteoporosis and fractures. You should treat your calcium levels and vitamin D before treatment.
