Suggest Medication For Pain And Large Lump Under Clitoris After Child Birth

Gave birth 18 months ago. Had issues with healing of the skin near the clitoris. ie: skin folds healed together and fused to clitoris somewhat. Rectified myself by tearing skin and allowing to heal properly. Now have pain again and large white lump under hood of clitoris. Is this buildup of skin trapped or soemthing more sinister?
