Suggest Medication For Pain And Swelling Of Finger

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...my middle finger is red and swollen. It is very painful especially if I touched it or if I hit with an object. I've been taking motrin for the pain, Iced it already but none of these have worked so far. What should I do?
