Suggest Medication For Pain At Back Of Lower Neck Area While Exercising

I was working out yesterday and now have severe pain in my upper back lower neck area. It hurts in my upper back when i turn my head with the most pain occuring when i try to touch my chin to my chest. I know what muscle strains and pulls feel like, this is a sever sharp intense pain, Im a strong, tough guy and I'm almost on the verge of tears. what might I have done?
