Suggest Medication For Pain Due To Broken Collarbone

Hii,My boyfriend just had motobike accident last Wednesday.We went to hospital, xray and finds out his collarbone was broken. He have few scratches on his arm.He was doing well but on friday and today, he got a fever and looks in pain more than on wednesday or thursday.He's been given antibiotic and two pain killers and he's been taking them.Please advice what should I do? SHould i observe him for another day or bring him to Hospital again?
