Suggest Medication For Pain In Abdomen And During Urination

I was constipated and was pushing the very last of my urine out. My abdomen is sore but it isn t painful to urinate. When I wiped there was dark brown stringy tissue on the toilet paper. I thought it was menstrual spotting but checked my vaginal canal with a tampon it was completely clear.

Hi dear it is suggestive of infection. please follow the advise
1) I advise for the vaginal swab test and CBC for infection
2) Maintain hygiene by regular washing of private part with antiseptic solution
3) Tab ofloxacin plus ornidazole will be helpful in infection
4) Use neosporin powder on affected area but do not scratch the area
Hope this will help you
