Suggest Medication For Pain In Calf Region

Dear Sir,My Mother aged about 73 years is suffering from Diabetes,Gas,BP & taking medicines(GLICLA 80,Voglitor MD 0.3,Lipicure 10,Pantocid DSR,LOSANORM 25&50,METO ER 50) accordingly.Since 3 to 4 days she is getting pain in her Right Calf maximum time in a day.Please advise me what the medicine should be taken & what the test should be done.Thanks.
