Suggest Medication For Pain In Fingers And Joint Of Leg Due To Injury

Good Morning,
I was injured on both my leg fingers a wooden table with Iron rods fell, my left toe finger was bleeding i got hurt on the bone on the 24th of Jan 2011 but till today I am having terible pain at the joint of my leg and foot pl let me know the timing which I can come & see one of the Doctors since I am working I need to know the time thank you
