Suggest Medication For Pain In Hips Due To Prolonged Sitting

My hips achy after I sit for a period of time... and sleeping alittle and my right ankle feels crocket like something is wrong with all my shoes. Im 49 In pretty good health and shape.. just started having mild hot flashes, i did for one week nothing lately... what do you think..
