Suggest Medication For Pain In Lower Left Abdomen And Testicle

I am 67 years old,178cm tall and weigh 102kg. At age 23 had varicouscele repaired to left testicle and at 26 years of age had hydrocele to left testicle repaired. Everything good ever since. One week ago my wife squeesed my testicles during foreplay and it was causing pain but I endured it for a while and then asked her to go easy. My right testicle is fine but my left testicle and tubing up to lower left abdomen and abdomen itself is quite sore. The testicle itself ached badly for first two nights and then eased off but came back again after tennis and walking etc. After one week now still sore but I think improving as last two nights slept quite well. Is this an injury that will cure itself and if so how long can I expect for it to get right?

I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that the testis is very fragile organ and this could easily be hurt causes great pain, now the history of squeezing is there so you need to take the analgesic medicine and the best option would be Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, this would come around, take care and have a nice day.
