Suggest Medication For Pain In Shoulder Above Left Arm Pit

Hi, i have had pain in my shoulder directly above my left arm pit for about a week. This has been uncomfortable but not affected my work or daily life. Last night i struggled to get a good nights sleep due to it bothering me & today a colleague pointed out significant swelling at the base of neck above my collar bone. Should i be concerned? It is not in the same place as the pain i am getting from my shoulder and i suffered a dizzy spell earlier.

Well come to HMC
This could be due to joint swelling such arthritic changes happens some time, in differential diagnosis this could be muscular pain, some time this may be due to lower respiratory tract infection, right now you can try "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day, and if this does not come to normal then investigation and clinical examination would be must, take care.
