Suggest Medication For Pain In The Shoulder Blades

Hi, I have a pain in between my shoulder blades and travling down my right side when wating to urinate. I have been unwell for several weeks now (6) and all my GP keeps doing is ghanging my medication except for my Thyroid. I am taking Rosuvastatin 10mg, Pantoprazole 40mg & Thyroxine 100mg. Thank you
