Hi, thanks for the query.
In small children , large tonsils & adenoid are common due to allergy & infection.
I like to know whether xray nasopharynx lateral view done ?
You can try anti allergy treatment & antiseptic mouth wash . If your daughter having repeated ear pain , snoring , mouth breathing , obstructive sleep apnea & repeated tonsillitis affecting growth & her daily routine , then surgery is best option .
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards
