Suggest Medication For Pain In Upper Back And Neck.

i work at a glass plant and was lifting heavy glass 72/92 in glass from the line repeditativly and hurt my upper back/neck went to dr sayed it was strained muscle got better but neck/epper back have never been same then 3 weeks ago was using a long metal scraper to pull glass from under a line and now in constant pain from my head down my neck to middle of back all the way across shoulders and last weeek my rite shoulder and all the way down rite arm started hurting too sometimes tingly i cant lift my arms above my brest and alot of pain if i try doing anything even when im doing nothing im in pain kinda a dull pain
