Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have tightness in your muscles. Well muscle usually got tight and sore after very intensive exercise , very frequent exercises or using muscle for long period without break . I would suggest you to do gentle massage of muscle with almond oil , apply warm compresses to muscles several times a days and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and inflammation . You can also take muscle relaxant orthodox MR for pain and tightness . If condition doesn't get well then consult orthopedic surgeon for proper diagnosis . Doctor may recommend physical therapy and particular stretching exercises along with other treatment depending upon the diagnosis .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
