Suggest Medication For Patches And Rashes On Legs, Forearms And Shoulders

I have been having patches and rashes on my legs, forearms and shoulders from time to time, particularly during winter season. Doctors had prescribed corticosteroid creams to treat this. What can be the root reason, and is there any cure, so that I do not have to keep using the corticosteroid creams? Thanks for your advice and guidance.

without local examination it is not possible to suggest treatment doctors after examination have prescribed corticosteroid. can have second opinion from dermatologist. in any case steroid should be avoided. can use pregmatar or antifungal ointment like surfaz or candid.
